He is a Senior Carpet Inspector & instructs for 8 IICRC Approved Schools, including Chemspec, Servpro, Disaster Kleenup, and Prochem. Mark serves on the IICRC Upholstery Cleaning Committee, and was a standards writer for the IICRC S100 Carpet Cleaning Standards, Chapter 7. Mark’s simple, nuts and bolts approach and relaxed style makes learning easy.
